東京だってフクシマ

地つづきなんだし、風つづきなんだし、不安ながらも基本的には遠い僻地のことのように思っているけれど、実は東京もしっかり放射性物質に汚染されている。
昨日、葛飾区東金町（ひがしかなまち）七丁目の、カスリーン台風による「桜堤」の決壊場所を見に行ったのだけれど、ひょいと線量計のスイッチをオンにしたら、すぐに警告音（アラーム）が鳴りだした。
30μSv/h以上で、自動的に鳴るように設定されている。ご覧のように地表はかなり高い。

たしかにここは都内でも汚染濃度の高いことで知られる「水元公園」のすぐそば。
けれども、問題は水元公園とその周辺だけではない。
金町まで帰る途中にあった小さな児童公園（東金町五丁目児童遊園）の、すべり台の着地点。

行政はなんの手もほどこさずに、そのままにしていて、利用者もいつもと変らず、子どもを遊ばせているようだ。
とりあえず、ここにその記録を残しておく（いずれも2011年7月28日午後計測）。
ついでに言えば、文京区の根津二丁目児童遊園内でも、地点によってはもっと高い線量値を検出（2011年6月28日午後、地表で0.57μSv)しましたから、東京の端っこの話だろうと安心しているわけにはいかないのです。

都は新宿の計測値だけ発表して、低いの、基準値以下だのと済ましているようだが、ご覧のように、フクシマなみの高濃度汚染地域（ホットスポット）が実在する。
金町浄水場の水道水の放射性物質検出値も、6月一杯「不検出」と発表しているけれど、国や都道府県の「大本営主義」（嘘と隠蔽）がはっきりしている以上、どこをどう計測して「不検出」なのか、疑ってかかるのは「庶民の知恵」というもの。
これを別の言葉で言えば、「風評」という名の「市場原理」なのだ。
最近、東京税関が、飲料水の輸入量が「過去最大」となったと発表したのは当然のこと。

東京が「中央」の顔をしていつまでも平然としていたら、結果は惨いものになるだろう。
東京も、ひとつの地域、地方にすぎないのだ。

天災だろうと人災だろうと、現場を歩き、しらべつくして発表し、必要な措置をとることは、税を徴収し、それで成立している行政体（国、都道府県、市区町村）の義務だろう。
それをやらないのは、顔も心も、住民の側ではなく、「上司」を向いているからだとしたら、一党独裁のどこかの国と変らない。
それでもやらないなら、誰かが記録し、それを遺していくしかない。

遺すといえば、一人ひとりが髪の毛を数センチ、20本ほど切って、とっておくべきという提言がある。
自分がどれだけ汚染されたか、重要な証拠になるはずと。

東大には、アイソトープは飲んでも大丈夫と言ったデタラメきわまりない「教授」もいれば、このようなまっとうな教授もいたのだ。
児玉教授が怒りをもってまず明らかにした、「チェルノブイリ事故と同様、原爆数十個分に相当する量と、原爆汚染よりもずっと大量の残存物を放出した」は、「産経ニュース」の悪質な風評拡散である、「1960年代と同水準、米ソ中が核実験「健康被害なし　東京の放射性物質降下量」(2011.4.28)を完全に吹き飛ばした。
