おかげさまで盛会

昨日昼過ぎに神保町に出て行ったら大変な人の渦。もちろん第50回目の神田古本まつり（10月27日から11月3日まで）で、お天気もよかったからなのですが、第19回神保町ブックフェスティバル（10月31日と11月1日）の各種イベントも目白押しだったのですね。
私の講演会は定員80人のところにおよそ100人。あの倍の広さの会場が必要だったかもしれませんね。でも、お世話になっている岩波ブックセンターと秦川堂書店の上ですから、こんな名誉なことはありません。
しかしながらいつもの伝で、1時間半の持時間に対して、2時間以上の内容を用意してしまって、3パーツのうち最後の部は飛ばしてのお話で、おいでいただいた方々には申し訳ありませんでした。飛ばした部分から、このサイトで少しずつご紹介していきたいと思っています。とりあえずは、今朝11月2日『東京新聞』朝刊の18面での紹介記事を掲載しておきます。
